The short answer is, “as much as it costs us to give you exactly what you want, built to our high standards.”

After the jobs are completed, our customers often tell us how pleased they were that our crew had the time to pay attention to the details, and weren’t rushed to meet an unrealistic deadline, or rush off to another job.

We don’t believe in short-cuts because we believe that short-cuts will cost you later. We use only quality materials, skilled labor, and proven sub-contractors. We are skilled, experienced remodelers who know where to look for the “unexpected,” and build it into our contract price, saving you the disappointment and acrimony that can result from an unrealistic or “low-ball” estimate.

Our years of concentration in remodeling enable us to look at your project and see what others do not — both the possibilities and the pitfalls. As a result, our contracts are “build-to” prices, which means we will complete our contract for the price quoted, unless you request items that are outside the plan and the contract.
